Abstract

During the pandemic, the implementation of education is carried out in a blended learning
manner. Blended learning at the Muhammadiyah Terpadu Elementary School (SDMT) Ponorogo
experienced several problems, namely the lack of student activity, lack of student and teacher
interaction, unstable internet, and the lack of independence of some students. Therefore, an effective
blended learning solution is needed. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with case studies.
Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers used the
interactive model of Miles Huberman and Saldana to analyze research data in the form of data
collection, data presentation, data condensation, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this study
is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of blended learning during the
Covid-19 pandemic at SDMT Ponorogo. The results of the study show: 1) Learning planning is to
provide technical guidance for the manufacture of learning tools, preparation of infrastructure,
socialization to students and guardians of students about blended learning, 2) The implementation of
learning is carried out by referring to the Joint Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture,
Minister of Religion, Minister of Education and Culture. Health, and the Minister of Home Affairs of
the Republic of Indonesia regarding the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. In
addition, schools make policies to increase the duration of face-to-face meetings in schools because
teachers and students can interact more intensively, 3) Evaluation of learning is carried out through
evaluation meetings, evaluation and monitoring, supervision and evaluation of peers.
