Abstract
This research aims to determine how mixed marriage is in reviewing the Marriage Law in Indonesia. This study uses a type of library research (library research) with a qualitative character. The results of this research indicate that mixed marriages are generally the same as the implementation of ordinary (non-mixed) marriages. The stages are also the same as marriages registered with the KUA and special requirements for parties of different nationalities, including the permission of the embassy from the country of origin of the party of other races, which explains that there is no obstacle to marriage. Marriage registration is essential in mixed marriages, not only as an administrative order but also as a legally binding and precise force.
