Abstract
Although the foundation country of Indonesia is not the islamic country and islam is not religionof country but its impression of tendency to dominate formalism of islan can not be negelcted. The most simple of fact came its impression by constructed Depag which often to be reprentation of islam interest, except in Gus Dur era whose Talha hasan as Religion Minister and the other hand MUI has duty to give legitimating to reliogion in the name of government by many incidents in Indonesia. One again in the Gus Dur era by the fact that the rejected Fatwa about the action of Ajinomoto's proscribing by MUI.
