Abstract
For muslims, the Qur'an is the nomative guidelines for the highes life.But reason aconscience as well as inspiration could achieve the desired purpose of the Qur'an. Thus, norms and human reasons are complement with each other in guiding life. The norms do not take distance between the individual and the collective, between justice and mercy. In this matter the norms provide a solid reference which is not in disharmony with them. Reason and human conscience put the rules in accordance with objectives. Thus the normative source must be ensure to function for pro-life. Philanthropy must be best on the welfare and the humanity both on individual and community.
