Abstract

This study aims to explain MIN Demangan’s strategy how to improve its service quality and to know the success of the strategy. This research is a qualitative research. The result of the research indicates that to improve the service quality of Islamic education MIN Demangan was combined two strategies: the strategy to fulfill the dimensions of service quality and the strategy to overcome the gaps of service quality. The combination of the two strategies named Meta-Spiritual Strategy. It’s a strategy to reach the quality of Islamic education beyond the standard that more touching to spiritual aspect and customer satisfaction. The success of the strategy was known based on service quality perspective and customer satisfaction perspective
