Abstract

The orientation is important to be achieved from the management of the quality of the curriculum in the context of human resource development, especially its output in the international Islamic senior high school developed to achieve four key competencies; competencies of academic, personal, social and spiritual competencies include a number of element which include: (1)knowledge; that is awareness in the areas of cognitive, (2)comprehension (understanding, the cognitive and affective depth of individual. (3) the ability (skill), which is something the individual to perform the tasks assigned to him. (4) values, which is a standart of behavior that has been believed and psychologically have fased in a person, (5) attitude, which involves feelings or reactions to the stimuli coming from the outside, and (6) interest regarding tendency of a person to perform a deed. To improve the management of the curriculum in order to develop the quality of human resources, especially graduates. Islamic international High School apply appropriate strategies, among other: first a strategy based approach where by management curriculum, creative and innovative by madrasah in accordance with the spirit of autonomy. second, a strategy based approach focusing targets coering aspects of science mastery, mastery of skill standards, mastery of competencies, personal formation, and mastery of social problem-solving skills students. Thisd, a strategy based approach focusing on the acquisition of competencies specific competencies based on the stages of development of learners
