Abstract

This paper is trying to investigate implementation of problem of system of national healt assurance in Indonesia. This program is held nationally in order to make cross subsidy in the way realizing health service gradually to needy society. In UU SJSN and BPJS, it is regulated that goverment will hold social assurance system consisting of health assurance nationally. Even though the government has create the Body of Health Assurance nationally, but it causes pro and contra, in particularly it is related to mechanism and system of its defrayal
