Abstract
This research aims to analyze factors that influencing employee’s performance, study at BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. This is important research because of organizational performance influenced by employee’s performance, if organizational performance wish to improve, employee’s performance requires to get enough attention. Good performance influenced by one factor which is job motivation. Eventhough ability of officer very good, if its job motivation lower, its performance lower also. At early observation, employee’s loyalties of BMT Hasanah high enough eventhough less reward as according to
UMK. This research test and prove a different finding with requirement hierarchy theory, ERG theory and also theory two factor. This research uses quantitative method, data collecting by questioner. Data analysis through path analysis using software SPSS 16.0 for windows. This research can be concluded that environment work to motivation indirect influence positively, only
interaction among both. Meanwhile, Motivation to employee’s performance indirect influence positively.
