Abstract
By law, scholars agree on the prohibition of alcohol. But the fact is, in general there are still many people who consume it. For this reason, the regional government issues regional regulations to regulate their circulation. Through this regulation, liquor is only allowed to be sold in 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotels. Alcohol can only be sold in 2-star and 3-star restaurants or bars including Pubs and Night Clubs. In addition, the sale of alcoholic beverages can only be given to consumers who are 21 (twenty one) years of age or older, which is proven by showing a valid Identity Card to the clerk / salesperson
